MASTRIDICASA Architecture + Design Studio provides 3D Modeling for all architecture and design projects - 2D is out, 3D is the only way to do a project anymore. While every project does not warrant the full BIM treatment, the capability is there and can be deployed upon client request.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is used for creating and managing data during the design, construction, and operations process. BIM integrates multi-disciplinary data to create detailed digital representations that are managed in an open cloud platform for real-time collaboration. Using BIM gives you greater visibility, better decision-making, more sustainable options, and cost-savings on larger, more complex AEC projects.

Nearly every component of the project can be cataloged, itemized, described and reported on. From the manufacturer of the product, to nearly every descriptive element of the item. product information can then be displayed on drawings as schedules, exported to spreadsheets, etc. This resource can be used for a variety of purposes, from construction management to the home's "owners manual".
