After the first successful remodel project in this Shelter Bay Condominium complex, MASTRIDICASA Architecture + Design was commissioned to complete a second for another client.

Minimalist, clean and a new layout was the brief summary.

 

MASTRIDICASA Architecture + Design took the client's ideas and created the most from the existing envelope. The bathrooms layout were altered, relocating the existing closets in order to make room for a more spacious and luxurious master bath.

​

A banquette style dining layout was the preference, so that the main living space could be opened up and made a more dedicated lounging area.

​

Custom built-in casework form the relocated closets, and greatly expand the storage options while cleaning up the circulation patterns and lending themselves to the minimalist vibe that is the base vocabulary of this space.
