After the first successful remodel project in this Shelter Bay Condominium complex, MASTRIDICASA was commissioned to complete a second for another client.

Minimalist, clean, and a new layout was the brief.

MASTRIDICASA took the client's ideas and created the most from the existing envelope. The bathroom layout was altered by relocating the existing closets to create a more spacious, luxurious master bath.

A banquette-style dining layout was preferred to open up the main living space and turn it into a more dedicated lounging area.

Custom-built-in casework from the relocated closets greatly expands storage options, streamlines circulation, and lends itself to the minimalist vibe that is the base vocabulary of this space.
