Custom home design is the work of bringing those conditions together with what the client wants the home to become.
Starting With the Whole
The earliest decisions tend to travel the farthest.
Where the home sits affects arrival, views, grading, outdoor space, and cost. Where the stairs go affects both floors. A roof decision can influence structure, snow management, exterior character, and the rooms below it.
That is why we resist designing the pieces independently and trying to reconcile them later.
