Sometimes you simply need an experienced second set of eyes before committing to a direction, spending more money, or taking the next step.
Residential design consulting gives homeowners, builders, and property owners access to experienced guidance without requiring a full design engagement.
That might mean reviewing a plan, evaluating a property, comparing options, discussing scope or budget, looking at a contractor’s proposal, or helping make sense of a project that has become complicated.
The goal is to provide the right amount of experienced help for the work in front of you.

Sometimes the project is already moving and you simply want another perspective.
We can review plans prepared by others, evaluate design decisions, question assumptions, compare alternatives, or help determine whether the direction being considered makes sense before more time and money are committed to it.
A second opinion does not have to result in redesign.
