The homeowner hired MASTRIDICASA Architecture + Design to prepare the construction-permitting documents for the master plan vision of this unique property.
Driveway paving, auxiliary/back-up generator installation, an in-ground pre-fab custom pool from MODPOOLS, a raised pergola platform, firepit/patio, outdoor kitchen/bar, sports courts and a pool barn / cabana to round out the property.
Many phases of construction are complete, and the pool barn / cabana has just been finished as of July 2024. Stay tuned as this amazing property is developed even further.
